In 2013, he transitioned from running the regional office to a corporate position with the company becoming VP: Business Optimization, focusing on transitioning newly acquired offices into the United Capital protocols as well as maximizing the profitability of the existing offices.
By 2017, United Capital had formed a separate division titled FinLife Partners – essentially a licensing company that allowed non acquired practices to leverage the United Capital technology and processes – and Clive became SVP: Head of FinLife Partnerships Development.
2019 saw United Capital themselves become acquired by the prestigious Goldman Sachs, and Clive stayed on through the purchase and transition. An entrepreneur at his core, he set his sights on his next challenge and found his home country as the ideal and most beckoning option. He saw in Canada, the perfect alignment of regulatory transformation along with consumer demand that would drive a wealth management revolution.
Clive’s focus is divided equally along three fronts, Platform Development, Practice Management, and Partnership Development.
